What's The People Talking About Gtech AirRam High-power Cordless Vacuum Cleaner

There has always been one thing or another about any Gtech AirRam High-power Cordless Vacuum Cleaner I have owned (and I am much too embarrassed to say how many there have been) that has made me unhappy with it. I hate vacuuming to begin with, and since we live near the beach and have a Golden Retriever, I have no choice but to do it often. Dealing with long cords and vacuums that were heavy, unwieldy and loud made vacuuming even more of a pain than it already was. I know, I know, that makes me sound like a spoiled princess, but I'm trying to be honest. Anyway, this vacuum is LIGHT, QUIET, VERY AGILE and CORDLESS. Proof that there IS a God, right? It is of course not quite as powerful as the corded deluxe ones, but my housekeeping standards are not particularly high, so I don't care as long as it gets up most of the sand and fur, which it definitely does.

How Vacuum Cleaners Work

Despite the fact that it might seem like very complicated
machine, the traditional vacuum is really
comprised of six essential components:  intake port,
exhaust port, motor unit, fan, porous bag, and
a housing that stores the many other components.

When you plug the vacuum cleaner into the outlet and
turn it on, the following happens:
    1.  First of all, the electric current will
operate the motor, which is attached to the fan,
which resembles an airplane propeller.
    2.  As the blades begin to turn, they will
force the air upwards, towards the exhaust port.
    3.  When the air particles are driven forwards,
the density of the particles will increase in front
of the fan and therefore decrease behind it.

Pressure drop that happens behind the fan is
like the pressure drop whenever you have a drink
via a hay.  Pressure level in the region
that's behind the fan will drop underneath the pressure
level that's outdoors from the vacuum.
This will create a suction inside of the vacuum
cleaner.  The ambient air will push itself into the
vacuum cleaner through the intake port because the
air pressure that is inside of the vacuum cleaner
is much lower than the pressure on the outside.

Picking the grime up
The stream of air the vacuum creates is simply
just like a stream water.  The environment contaminants that move
will rub against any loose dust or debris and when
it's light enough, the friction will carry the
material around within the vacuum.

Because the grime continues onto the exhaust port, it
will go through the cleanser bag.  They small holes
within the vacuum bag are big enough to allow
the environment go through, although not big enough for that
dust contaminants to suit through.  Therefore, when
the environment current will get in to the bag, the grime and
debris is going to be collected there.

You are able to stick the bag anywhere across the path
between your intake tube and also the exhaust port, just
as lengthy because the air current goes through.

Suction
The energy of the vacuum cleaner's suction will be based
on several factors.  The suction could be more powerful
or less strong based on:
1.  Fan energy - To be able to produce a
strong suction, the motor must turn in a good
speed.
2.  Air passageway - When lots of debris
accumulates within the bag, the environment will face a larger
amount of resistance on its way out.  Each particle
of air will move gradually because of the rise in
drag.  Because of this , why a vacuum
works far better once you have changed the bag
than if you have used it for some time.
3.  Size the intake port - Using the
speed from the vacuum fan being constant, the total amount
of air that goes through the vacuum per
second can also be constant.
